The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council offers Informational training for individuals who would like to increase their knowledge but do not necessarily need to achieve certification. Attending this training will allow individuals to gain insight into the various aspects of the Payment Card Industry. Informational training is offered for the following programs: Qualified PIN Assessor (QPA), Secure Software Assessor, Secure SLC Assessor and Card Production Security Assessor (CPSA) Physical and Logical.

Once your request is submitted, you will go into a registration queue.
If space is available, registrations will be approved 30 days prior to the start date of the class you have chosen, in the order of which they were submitted. You will receive an invoice via email and once paid, you will be emailed detailed training information. Informational students will attend the same training as assessors but will be dismissed on the 2nd day just prior to the exam. There is no certification with Informational training.
If seats are unavailable for the class you have chosen, you will be notified via email and will have to resubmit a new request for another location.

Pass/Fail results are provided immediately following the conclusion of the exam.
Passing candidates will receive a Certificate of Qualification via email and will be added to the Council's website listing of PCI Professionals.
